Vorno
Vorno is a small village about five kilometers fro
Lucca. It is also known as Vorno Valley. It is among
the wealthiest regions of Lucca since many rich Lucca
merchants build their summer or country homes in this
region. Needless to say many beautiful villas and farmhouses
surround the place and offer the tourist a chance to
escape to paradise for a few days. This is a very relaxing
place to stay and enjoy nature's bounty. Although it
is a small village but is a very pretty village. This
area produces some of the finest olive oil available
in the world.
