Entry with small sitting room with pullout bed, large open living-dining room with high ceilings and fireplace, 2 doubles downstairs and 1 full bathroom, stairs lead to a single walkthrough bedroom, a full bathroom, separate twin room (ensuite wc) and a third very large double bedroom with an additional single bed. Country Tuscan kitchen of the farmhouse is fully equipped. The pool area has lounges, pergola and chairs for relaxing. The farmhouse was restored with care 3 years ago. The farmhouse has wooden beams, terracotta floors and a beautiful fireplace. Wonderful dining experiences at the many local restaurants, some noted as the best in Italy.
