Florentines know how to live life. Bars, pubs and clubs are open till the wee hours where the music and the wine flow freely. The clubs have different kinds of music, rhythms, styles and beats.

Stonehenge is a pub near Piazza Santa Croce. It is open from 11.00 p.m. until 4.00 a.m. The very first Irish pub in Florence is the Fiddler's Elbow in Piazza Santa Maria Novella and is still one very popular place.

H2O2 is situated on Via Pandaolfini and is one of the most popular nightclubs where students hangout. It is open from 11.00 p.m. until 4.00 a.m. from Tuesday to Sunday. On Sunday there is live music, Techno music on Friday's and Saturdays and other kinds of music through the week. There is a place to just lounge and sip your drink on the second floor.

MECCANO is another popular nightclub famous in all of Italy. Disc Jockeys from all over the country play here. Like most discos there are 2 dance floors here, one for private parties and during the summer the dance floor opens up into the large surrounding gardens.
