Testimonials
We would like to thank you for arranging our rental in Tuscany last summer. Arlene and I hosted nearly our entire family of childrent and grandchildren at Villa Radda . The farmhouse was great, and the grandchildren really enjoyed the pool. The views from the terrace of the farmhouse were typically Tuscan--absolutely gorgeous. The weather was a little hot--but most evenings were very pleasant. The farmhouse cooled off at night and everyone slept well. Of course, the small towns throughout the region were wonderful as was Firenze and Siena. Thanks again. The next time we are looking for a Tuscan residence we will be sure to contact you.

We had a lovely time. ... We arrived home on Sunday and we have been busy back at work. The villa in Radda is beautiful. Better then the photos could reveal. Joe & I stayed in the "wedding" bedroom with the pretty yellow bathroom. You have done a wonderful job decorating. We wondered about the restoration process.... was the house in bad repair?Clizia was lovely. Chef Laura and her assistant Donatello were wonderful. Our dinner on the last evening was fabulous. The book you provided was helpful, as were the pamphlets of information in the livingroom. The highlight of our "Chianti" visit was a winery tour at Volpia. They set up with with a private tour and tasting. It was great. We also liked the small restaurant in Radda at Piazza Novembre. I can not remember the name, they have a nice dining area outside. The menu is sandwiches, salads and a killer Tiara mi su. YUM.. Please use as a reference. If we hear of anyone going to Tuscany, we will be sure to recommend your Podere.

Thank you very much.

Happy New Year....

I miss your Villa! We had such a wonderful time visiting that we want toreturn again. My husband and I are viewing our calendars to see when we could spend two weeks this coming year. Are there dates we should be aware that are not available? I was thinking of either July or August. How is the weather during those months?

Please say hello to Clizia for me...You are very lucky to have her. She is very professional and courteous.

Cordially,
Lisa Miragliotta

It seems like months since we spent that wonderful holiday in villa Radda. We loved the podere - we had wonderful times in the kitchen, where we cooked and ate - all together - much noise - but delicious food. We had fantastic dinners out - at Al Chiasso dei Portici - the best by far. Wonderful food, wonderful service, wonderful setting - they were very kind to take 8 of us - and I know we were very noisy. When it became warmer, we swam in your very clean pool. we had a fantastic time.

Your property exceeded our expectations. It was a wonderfulweek! My whole family and I are so impressed with your home in the Chianti hills. I loved the church bells I heard down in Lucarelli.Clizia was charming and helpful. I thank her as well. We loved trying out our limited Italian at the Sunday market in Panzanoand fell in love with the hill town of Radda. Our daughters went to afestival in Volpaia and had a great time. The pool was enjoyed by all.I had fun cooking in your kitchen. I used your sage for ravioli withsage/butter and your basil in my marinara.Thank you again for a relaxing vacation in your beautiful home.Sincerely, Pamela and family. It's been 7 months since we were at Villa radda and very few days go by when I don't think about our stay in the Chianti region. It is like I am still tied to that beautiful place in Italy.

Greetings!

I am writing in response to your recent request regarding our stay at your villa in Tuscany. We were there in October with the Miragliotta family. We loved our visit and would like to return.

Your home is magnificant......we loved the stillness, the views and the peace. I loved the sounds of the church bells chiming the hour, the sounds of the roosters in the early morning and the shot guns of the hunters. We enjoyed sitting outside at night under the stars drinking some wonderful local wine. The villa was spacious and beautifully furnished.

We did a fair amount of travelling while we were there so we were away from the villa most days. We spent a day in Florence, Pisa and Sienna. We loved travelling through the mountanins and stopping in the small towns along the way. I have to say that our favorite small town was Rhadda. We loved the local markets there and wish that we could get some of that wonderful porcini mushroom spread here!

We would love to vacation there again so keep in touch with us!

Thank you very much and a MERRY CHRISTMAS and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!!!
