Villa Cercina is a holiday rental villa in Florence with swimming pool on the green hills of Florence, Italy. Villa Cercina is a small villa that sleeps 4+2 pers in the main villa and an additional 2 people in the dependence, situated just 15 minutes by car from the hisoric city center of Florence and immersed in the "Natural Park of Cercina".

The villa is composed of the main villa and the dependence, they are not rented seperatley but to only one group at a time insuring privacy.

The main villa has two large double bedrooms both with a wonderful view of Florence and the country, a living-sitting room with a double sofa bed and a fire place, two bathroom with shower and a kitchen fully equipped with fireplace. The Villa has a private swimming pool with organised area (the outside shower has hot water), a large garden and a loggia with a barbecue and a dining area.

The dependence is composed of a living room and a double bedroom to offer for the additional guests. In the case of renting only the villa without dependence, the dependence will remain closed for the privacy of guests.
