Luxury villa in Tuscany on the Chianti hills between Florence, Siena & Arezzo, Italy

Villa Aretina is a luxurious villa in Tuscany tucked away amongst ancient oak trees and olive groves of Chianti hills between Florence, Siena & Arezzo, Italy. The villa itself reflects the total peace and tranquility of its surrounding Tuscany contryside. The rooms are spacious, furnished with antiques, yet offering every modern convenience including a private swimming pool.

The villa was built more than 300 years ago, in 1997 it was fully restructured with the use of hand-made special material following the bio-architecture rudiment. The villa is in the middle of a 13 hectares private natural garden with olive trees, meadows and forest of secular oaks trees. The whole villa accommodates 14+2 people with private swimming pool (5x11 mt ), barbeque and outdoor dining area.

Part A sleeps 10 - 11 Guests:

Ground floor:

Spacious living\dining room with TV, VCR, satellite, piano, telephone line and large open fireplace, 2nd living area with tv and fireplace, 2 kitchens both fully equipped with fridge-freezer, large stove\oven and dishwasher (1 has a wood fired-pizza oven), 2 double bedrooms, (1 with extra bed), one bathroom with bath and 2nd bathroom with shower. Separate laundry room with washing machine.

First floor:

Large living room with 3 arched windows over looking the grounds. 5 large double-twin bedrooms (2 doubles with en-suite bathrooms, 1 twin with en-suite bathroom, 1 double with extra bed and 1 twin which share bathroom.

Part B sleeps 4 - 5 Guests:

This section comprises of big dining-living room with TV-VCR, telephone, fireplace. Well furnished kitchen with dishwashing machine, 1 double bedroom, 1 room with 3 beds, 1 bathroom with bath & separate laundry with washing machine (in the same building).

Villa Aretina is a perfect luxury villa in Tuscany for all season. The old stone walls keep it cool in the summer sun, while great open fireplaces offer warmth and comfort during cooles months. Spend the days relaxing by the pool or dozing quiety under the spreading oaks. Exploring the countryside, famous for its historic castles, typical Tuscan villages and ofcourse its wine.

Despite it s total privacy and seclusion, the villa is only 10 km far from the main higway A1 and 6 km from Montevarchi. Montevarchi has a large shopping centre, tennis courts and a regular train service to Florence & Arezzo, Tuscany. English-owned riding stables and a golf course are also close by. Arezzo, Florence and Siena can all be reached in about 40 minutes by car.

During low and mid season the villa can be divided into 2 apartments:
A can accomodate 10 people,
B can accomodate 4-5 people,
