The location on the cottage is quite private, as it is situated below the villa among a small grove of trees, making it particularly pleasant in summer.

Cottage La Casina is on two floors. Entering into the cottage is a living room with a beautiful fireplace, kitchen and a dining room with large windows facing the tuscan hills. On the ground floor there is also a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, one with shower the other with tub. All the Bathrooms are in marble, they are very nice. Independent heating and laundry; use of shared swimming pool.

You will find peace and relaxation in the idyll location of Cottage La Casina, just three kilometers outside of the lovely hill-town of Montespertoli, about 30 minutes southwest of Florence. It’s pushed off just a tiny bit from Chianti Classico, which means fewer crowds and more authentic atmosphere, but without loosing anything in the way of convinience to places like Siena, Lucca, Pisa , San Gimignano, etc.
