Luxury villa rental in Chianti with pool in the Chianti region of Tuscany, Italy. Villa Casale is situated on a 10 acres estate of olive groves and its isolated on a dominant position ensuring complete tranquillity and a fantastic view across the hills of the Chianti countryside.
The beautiful and private swimming pool ensures sun all day. The villa has two panoramic terraces, open to the beauty of the surrounding countryside and one to the swimming pool.
The restoration of its Chianti villa has maintained the typical Tuscan style: the old terracotta floors, the wood beamed ceilings and stone portals made of pietra serena.
Ground Floor: The villa is divided in two floors: on the ground floor there is a large kitchen, a dining room with 2 tables seating 16 and a parlour, a large living room with big Tuscan fireplace, a comfortable sofa with two armchairs and direct access to the green terrace open on the panoramic view, a laundry/utility room, one double bedroom with private bathroom and terrace, one double bedroom with an extra single bed and a bathroom.
First Floor: On the first floor there is two double bedroom with private bathroom, two bedrooms with twin beds and a private bathroom.
Comforts: A well equipped kitchen with a 5-burner stove, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer; a laundry with washing machine and dryer; a living room with piano and a stereo system with good selection of CD`s, satellite TV, VCR, DVD, wire less phone, fax and Internet connection.
The furnishings are purposely rather sober and authentic, but bedrooms boast beautiful and very elegant wrought-iron bedsteads and candidly white bedspreads, old rustic dressers and other furniture from by-gone days, all creating a very nostalgic country atmosphere of beauty and harmony. Animal are accepted in Villa Casale.
Villa Casale is located 3 km away from the town of Montespertoli, 25 km from Florence (international airport), 30 km from Siena and 50 km from Pisa (international airport).

We vacationed at this beautiful villa in July 2003. The house is exactly what you would want in a Tuscan villa -- its backdrop is hills, olive groves, medieval churches and valleys. The house is roomy and functional, with all the appointments you need for living and for eating. Nice bathrooms -- very clean. There is a hammock, a huge and wonderful pool and an old road leading away from the house that you can talk after-dinner walks along. In all, the perfect Tuscan home for your vacation. We loved it."

Our entire family of 14 had the most wonderful week at the Villa Casale. Our grandchildren all say that it was the best part of our Italy trip. Being all together and loving it.
