Charming vacation villa rentals with swimming pool in Impruneta just outside Florence, Italy. This holiday villa is on 3 floors nearby Impruneta, worldy famous town for craftmanship of ceramics and very close to Florence.
Ground floor: TV room (TV) with adjoining huge living room with fireplace that can sit comfortably 10 people, dining room that can sit 8 people, kitchen (oven, dishwasher,microvawe, pantry ,freezer, washing machine) equipped courtyard with access from the kitchen, 1 small bathroom .
First floor: Stairs from the ground floor leads to three double bedrooms(one of which is walk through), one four poster bedroom and a twin room. This floor also consists of two bathrooms with shower and one bathroom with bath wardrobe and one bathroom with tub.
3km various shop, The villa is fully restored with all modern amenities. 5 km tennis and horse riding school, 8 km golf, 9 km Florence. Peaceful position. Views over olive groves and vineyards. There is a large outdoor area and a swimming pool (6x12). The swimming pool is surrounded by a maniacally kept rose garden from which you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. Parking, 2 beautiful terraces The villa is well furnished throughout to high standards and very comfortable with country tuscan antique pieces.
A domestic help and cook for breakfasts/ lunches/ dinners is available on request at an extra cost. Cot available. Central heating. The owner lives on the estate in a seperate apartment and shares the pool.
