Villa Uva is situated in a beautiful estate, that was the summer residence of the Davanzati’s, a very old and noble Florentine family, that is situated just 5 minutes walk from the center of the town of Impruneta ( there is public transport for florence just outside the estate, 20 m from the villa).
It is 5 kilometers from the Autostrada A1 to Milano and Rome, as well as the Speedway to Siena. The villa has a private garden and a private swimming pool. Is composed by: two double bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, a living-dining room with a kitchen corner.
5 minutes by foot from the villa you can find butchers, green grocers, baker, florist, newsagent, supermarket, bars, post office, bank, chemist, clothing and forniture shops.
