Villa Cadenza is a luxury villa in Tuscany with private swimming pool and views of the medieval hilltop towns of Sinalunga and Lucignano, Italy. The villa refurnished in the early 90's to its ancient splendour, has been improved constantly during these years in order to reach an excellent quality standard. The villa stands out on a hill with very pretty views which reach the hilltop town and the surrounding landscape of Tuscany. Set amid enclosed and wooded grounds providing spacious grassy areas, a large swimming pool with pool house and a gazebo for al fresco dining, guests are assured of perfect peace, privacy and relaxation in the countryside of Tuscany.

The villa built over 3 floors can accommodate up to 18 guests in its 9 bedrooms each one with private bathroom (one with Jacuzzi tub). This luxury villa in Tuscany is furnished mainly with antiques, all the rooms are spacious and airy and characterized by high ceilings and large windows. There are reception rooms on each floor and the main kitchen is on the ground floor, with a large fireplace, together with all modern conveniences. On the third floor three private suites with marvelous views over the swimming pool and the hilltop town of Lucignano ensure very intimate stays.

A major attraction of the villa is the large swimming pool where it is possible to eat at the shade of a pergola, equipped with stone barbecue, fridge, sink and big table. The spacious rooms, with antique furnishings are equipped with all modern comforts, such as satellite TV. There are many lovely local towns , medieval hamlets and wineries locally. The kitchen at ground floor with ancient ceilings is equipped with a fireplace, which can be used by the guests for cooking.

The villa is surrounded by a natural park of about 3 hectares, with pockets of sun and shade, assuring to the guests relaxing rhythms typical of the Tuscan countryside. At the same time from this location it is possible to visit important places of art, such as Rome, Florence, Siena, Arezzo, and the characteristic towns which have made Tuscany so famous all around the world.

This luxury villa is quite near to local stores and to the town of Sinalunga and Lucignano, but at the same time it is set in a quite and relaxing area where our guests can rest in the maximum privacy. Excellent location (just 7 km from highway A1) for sightseeing the most important artistic and historical towns of Tuscany.

Our staff is at the disposal of the guests in case of need or just to have some help for what regards places to visit or for going shopping.

Depending on the size of the group some of the bedrooms are closed in order to offer the better price ranges.


1)12 pax occupancy
Gr fl.: 1 double bedroom with en suite facilities and which has disabled facilities. Please note that this bedroom can be made up as a twin should it be specifically required.

Gr. fl.; 1 double bedroom, separate bathroom facilities. Eat in kitchen, dining room leading into living area, 1 further bathroom with shower, laundry room.

1st fl.: 1 double bedroom with en suite facilities and large terrace

1st fl: 1 double bedroom with separate bathroom on a mezzanine level
13 stairs up.

1st fl.: 2 twin bedded bedrooms which share a bathroom with bath and separate shower.
Also on this floor : a living area with satellite tv, dvd player, a further kitchen and a formal breakfast room. There is a further room at the end of the corridor where the two twin bedded rooms are and which is closed off at all times. ALL OF THE TOP FLOOR IS CLOSED AND LOCKED OFF.


2)14 pax occupancy
As per 12 pax and a further bedroom on the top floor is opened up. The bedroom that will be opened will be a double bedroom with en suite facilities.

3)18 pax occupancy
All of the top floor is opened up in addition to the layout as per 12 pax, providing a further three double bedrooms, all with en suite facilities.
