Villa Aria is a private villa for holiday rental standing out on an ancient etruscan village, of which several finds, such as the amphora are preserved at the Archeological Museums of Arezzo and Cortona. Placed on its own in an elevated position, the villa looks over vineyards, olive trees and fields of sunflowers to the medieval hilltop towns of Sinalunga and Lucignano.
Villa Details: The villa accommodates 10 people in three double bedroom, 2 twin room, spacious sitting room with fireplace and there are four bathrooms with shower. There is a seperate laundry room with washing machine. Other facilities include a barbeque, solarium and a private swimming pool for the exclusive use of the guests. On request a cook and a maid can be made available.
The villa was restored with great care, maintains the traditional Tuscan architecture and is able to accommodate groups of up to 10 persons. Villa Aria is in an unique position, since it guarantees a holiday of full relax, but at the same time it is only a few km far from Lucignano and Sinalunga, and there is the possibility to reach with no difficulty the main art towns of Tuscany; Siena and Arezzo are just 30 km far and Florence is about 1 hour drive from Villa Aria.
The owners are most happy to arrange historical tours or wine trips to the historic towns of Arezzo, Siena & Chianti. If you wish to take part in health and well being you may visit the thermal site "Lantica Querciolaia" in Rapolano Terme, just a few minutes drive from Villa Aria. It is possible to choose within several treatments such as: physioterapeutic massages, thermorevitalising massages, massages with relaxing music and treatments with water and mud.

Lucignano: Approx. 3 km : medieval town ; Lucignano has a particular elliptical shape and around its city walls streets develop with concentric movement, giving the idea of a pleasant labyrinth. This particular shape takes its origins from the original roman castrum. The Museo Comunale and San Francesco preserve masterpieces of great value (Albero della Vita).
