Farmhouse Tinaio is a large farmhouse in Tuscany with swimming pool tucked away in the enchanting Tuscan countryside and only a few minutes away from Monteriggioni and Siena. Farmhouse Tinaio offers a unique setting for unforgetable vacations with a personal touch.

Farmhouse Tinaio is particularly well suited for couples and small groups that love art and that seek a vacation entwined with the quirky and richly detailed historic heritage of 17 th century farmhouse. Farmhouse Tinaio is also a perfect fit for festive family reunions or for a large group of friends, the Tinaione is sure to delight with its elegant simplicity and with the abundance of space it offers both inside the farmhouse and outside. There are 2 pools in the estate which is shared among the guests of Farmhouse Tinaio and La Rustica. Villa Borgi has a private pool.

This farmhouse sleeps 12 guests in three double and 3 twin rooms with 4 full bathrooms for the exclusive use of the guests. The guests can use the vegetable garden to use the fresh produce for their meal. The kitchen is fully equipped with an adjoining dining room that seats 12 guests. Also there is a solarium with deck chairs for a lovely sunbath in summer, a large private garden. A ping pong table & covered BBQ area with seatings for 12 is also at the guest disposal to have their dinner in the romantic garden with views over the pool.

On arrival guests will find a welcome aperitif and Sunday breakfast. Also provided are essentials such as sugar, salt, pepper, butter, jam, honey, coffee, tea, eggs, bread, crackers, olive oil, wine, mineral water and fresh in-season fruit and vegetables. Guests are free to use the bowling court and to walk the footpaths through the family vineyards and estate. They are also encouraged to help themselves to the fresh produce of our vegetable garden.

Above all else Farmhouse Tinaio is about tranquil relaxation. It is about savouring and getting back in touch with unhurried pleasures of Tuscan lifestyle such as casual strolls through the vineyards, silent sunsets on the solarium sipping an aperitif, stints to the vegetable garden to pick up some peppers to roast on the barbeque for supper.
