The Villa has been built in 1925 and enlarged in 1999, during which was performed a careful restauration of the native part. In axis with the house lies the beautiful swimming pool with Roman staircase (6x12 meters) and the original wood and bricks porch.

The Villa set in quiet position, has an elevated level of quality of furnishings, distemperings, floorings and coverings; is accessed through 2 gates in beaten iron with automatic distance opening and a pedonal gate, and is surrounded by an ample garden of 5.000 square meters, entirely fenced by great and original Tuscan "Cotto" pitchers, secular trees, cast iron benches and lamp-posts, large green spaces and flowers of every kind, all supplied with comfortable sunsuit bunks and sunshades. The parking has numerous places among which 4 covered autolot with beautiful platform in beaten iron.

Ground Floor: This floor offer main entrance with porch, wide divisible living-room with flowing doors, furnished in travertine and walnut-tree wood, sitting-room with stuffed sofas and T.V., living-room in "midollino" with satellite TV, DVD and cast-iron and brass heater, rustic kitchen with covering in ancient look-like marble, dish-washer, cast-iron oven and plate, refrigerator with freezer, showcase and an enlargeable table, porch with table and chairs and a bathroom with shower.

A wardrobe-room and a little door allow the access to a second large living-room, composed by a great and original fireplace with sits to the sides, a large table zone, a side sitting-room with 2 great sofas and a double sofa-bed, satellite TV, VHS videorecorder, radio and porch with a little sitting-room. Next to the secondary entrance there is the great kitchen with dish-washer, oven-plate, refrigerator and great freezer, T.V. and a bathroom with shower. To have lunch in the garden near to a kitchen a great gazebo has been prepared in iron with table and chairs in beaten iron, for 24 places to sit.

First Floor: The sleeping zone is entered through two staircases in "pietra serena", and offers 4 double rooms: 2 with private bathroom (shower or jacuzzi) and beaten-iron beds, and 1 larger with a double sofa-bed, an added single bed and a magnificent bathroom with a cast iron tub and an original ancient double sink, drawn in a single piece of marble of Carrara. This floor is equipped with 2 safes or safe deposit boxes and 3 covered balconies accessed by the 2 main rooms and by the main bathroom.

Second Floor: The mansard zone, accessed through ancient brick staircases and wood spiral stairs, offers 3 rooms with 2 single matchable beds and a great double room added with a single bed and a single sofa-bed. 2 rooms have privat bathrooms with shower and the other 2 rooms have a common bathroom with shower. There is also a sitting-room with a double sofa-bed, T.V. and panoramic balcony with beautiful sight of the swimming pool and the Tuscan country.

Villa can be rented as a whole or can be split into 2 as Apartment A and Apartment B

Apartment A sleeps 8+2 with a living-rooms, a kitchen, a laundry-bathroom, 4 bedrooms, 1 double sofa bed in the living room and 5 bathrooms.

Apartment B sleeps 10+4 with a wide living-rooom, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths + 1 external laundry-bath.

Bedroom Arrangements:

Apartment A: 3 double bedrooms, 1 double bedtoom with double sofa bed, 1 double sofa bed in the the living room.

Apartment B: 3 double bedrooms in which 2 of the bedrooms have 1 extra bed and 1 single sofa bed, 1 twin bedroom, 1 couch in the living room and 1 double sofabed in the living room.
